With 25 years as a Business Leader and HR Executive leading companies through transformations, Lisa partners with people leaders, teams and organizations to increase effectiveness and engagement that drives results.
During her corporate career, Lisa led HR teams through various business changes including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and company turnarounds which resulted in record company growth. Her career and leadership style was shaped by in-person development from Patrick Lencioni where she served as a business leader first and functional leader second. She also led HR for divisions of a global company with over 2,000 employees and generated revenue of more than $300 million. A significant business achievement was the 120%+ increase in revenue and 2,900% improvement in EBITDA over 5 years, without increasing the number of employees.
One of the most rewarding parts of her career was her impact through developing leaders and teams. She coached first-time supervisors to first-time Presidents/CEOs, and executives new to the team by serving as a trusted business partner and by connecting individuals to the collective purpose. This led to the achievement of both individual and company stretch goals. Lisa has served as an adviser to C-level executives, board members, and leaders across diverse industries and public and private organizations of various sizes, including start-ups, high-growth companies, global businesses, as well as non-profit.
In 2022, after her most recent corporate divestiture and integration, Lisa decided to pivot her career to focus on what she loves doing most. She launched a boutique Human Capital firm, "Empowering People Leaders". She has assembled a consortium of former executives and experienced leadership coaches to address the needs of their clients. As a partner with organizations and executives, they work to align people and strategies, lead culture transformations and elevate leadership skills. Their clients include organizations at all stages and sizes across industries and includes start-ups, mid-sized companies and non-profits.
